The house features 2 bedrooms with 160x200 double beds, 1 bedroom with two 80x200 single beds, 1 bathroom upstairs with a spacious XXL shower, toilet, and bathtub, plus a ground-floor shower room with separate toilet, converted into a small lounge with a sofa bed and large storage. Separate kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove and oven, microwave, and air fryer. Bright 30 m² living room with insert fireplace opening onto the terrace, projector with electric screen, two large non-convertible sofas, and a chaise lounge. On-site parking available. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of wildlife. Please note: parties and events are not permitted. "Beds made on arrival" option is available for an extra fee to be arranged with the owner. Bed linen and towels are included in this option. A mandatory cleaning fee applies to every stay. We kindly ask guests to tidy the house before departure.
